Prolight sound & musikmesse, an exhibition of musical instruments, stage lighting and sound in Frankfurt, Germany, is composed of two major exhibitions, i.e. musikmesse and Prolight + sound. The Frankfurt world musical instrument Exhibition (musikmesse) has been held since 1980, and the Frankfurt stage lighting and sound technology exhibition (Prolight + sound) has been held since 1995, each year.
